Amazing location, outstanding facilities, mind-blowing large sun-trap patio, super helpful staff, seamless check-in, excellent supermarket nearby. The apartment is jaw-droppingly spacious and well-equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, microwave, and coffee machine. Ideal for a long stay with plenty of storage space, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The lift makes it easy to carry luggage. The bathroom could use a little improvement, but overall, an impressive place. The communication with the manager was super easy via WhatsApp, allowing us to check-in early. The secure parking and nearby coffee and craft beer places added to the wonderful experience.

Overall, it’s comfortable base for exploring Girona tourist places. Peaceful location, it is minutes from Eiffel Bridge. The staff is efficient and the food was delicious.

Our family had a fantastic time staying at the Apartaments Santa Clara in Girona! The location was perfect, right in the center of town. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed. The kids especially loved the duplex apartment, giving them plenty of space to play and relax. We also appreciated having a fully-equipped kitchen, which allowed us to cook meals at home. our experience as a family was fantastic!

For families with children, it would be great to have a designated play area in the apartment complex.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the beautiful city center. Being close to all the main attractions makes it convenient for exploring the city and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere. the apartment is spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay.

Tub didn't drain properly.

Great location and staff! It's super close to the city center and there's a cute café called Café Casamoner just 5 minutes away where you can grab a cup of tea and some treats. Plus, the private bathroom has a nice bathtub to relax in. 🛁

The value for money at Apartaments Santa Clara - Baltack Homes was great, and the room exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and amenities. The location was perfect, close to the historic center and with free parking nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with useful information and even helping us book a taxi. We especially loved the large terrace, which was a wonderful place to relax.

The food for breakfast could have been better.

We had a great stay for 4 nights and really enjoyed having lounge chairs and a table on the terrace.

We had an amazing stay at this spacious and well-equipped apartment in an excellent location. The staff, especially Stephane, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our time there, making the check-in process smooth and answering all of our questions. The large terrace was a great bonus and the proximity to the historic center and nearby parking made it really convenient for us.

The hotel breakfast menu could benefit from offering a wider variety of condiments and a larger supply of coffee pods and washing machine tablets for the guests.
